Mr. WS Satchidanandham
Chairman
A Quality Guru and President of the Quality Circle Forum of South India, WSS is a Senior
Management Executive who had earlier been the President of TVS Rubber and Director of
Roots Industries. He has proven his skills in Marketing, Operations and HR. WSS has a Finance
Degree and Management post-graduation to his credit. Our customers benefit from the
pragmatism and lean management thinking that WSS brings to our products.
Mr. Malaravan Palaniswami
Director
An Engineer whose has in his entire career been in R&D and creating assembly lines for
manufacturing, Malar heads our manufacturing. He breaths and lives with machines all day
long. His passion and people skills ensure that he gets the best of our employees and our
suppliers for effective & efficient delivery of products. His design, innovation and application
skills are leveraged by us to offer several customized solutions for our customers.
Mr. Karthikeyan Jawahar
Director
An Engineer with Post-graduation in Management, Karthi, heads our Marketing and Admin
teams. Karthi is a Six Sigma Black Belt and a Certified Financial Planner. A passionate
innovator at heart, Karthi has won Gold Medal for Innovation at the DST-Lockheed Martin India
Innovation Growth program. His empathy to customers’ needs and eye-for-detail ensures
that our customers get the best solutions for their needs.
